Teachers Shouldn't Work in Isolation, Kids Need a Team - Work in Progress - Education Week Teacher

Although friendships and relationships can go sour in school settings and grown-ups can act like the adolescents they teach, gossiping or back-stabbing, it is still necessary and fundamentally important to not be alone as a teacher. We must share our challenges and our successes and always strive to be a community of collegial learners who create the most welcoming environment for our kids.
